Formation of a Steering Committee

I write to update you on how far we have gone on the Formation of a Steering Committee. 

Lozi Arts and Culture Association is registered with the Registrar of Societies and is also recognized by the Baroste Royal Establishment (The Traditional Local Authority) overseeing Western Province. We are based in Mongu, the Provincial Headquarters of Western Province. We strongly concur with you Sir, that the Desertification of Zambia will continue until Communities will be willing to be part of the solution in controlling what is harvested or destroyed. We can no longer sit aside and watch but have decided to form a Steering Committee from interested Citizens and have also sold this idea to our Traditional Authority, who has also blessed the idea. We have no problem with setting up rules as our Headmen and Area Indunas are also part of the transformation process. Sir, we are also aware that this is on a voluntary basis.

At this point, we wait for guidance on how best we can go about it from your vast experience.
